維也納香腸卷
麵包機最近有使用的時候都拿來做白吐司, 複雜一點用蜂蜜取代糖, 不用定時
裝置的時候也許加蛋加牛奶變成豪華白吐司, 不過大部份的時候都是定時的基本款
白吐司, 因為 CC 早把這個基本的食譜放在他的 kindle 裡, 所以總是他負責
在睡前將材料丟到麵包機裡, 一早起床後就可以吃熱呼呼的土司, 搭配各種果醬,
巧克力醬, 沙拉, deli meat 等配料加上一杯好喝的熱卡布.
也許是吃了一段時間的白吐司了, CC 說也許該換換口味了. 冰箱裡有從這裡歐洲市場
買的一包維也納香腸 (有點像熱狗不過有煙燻的香味), 我把剩下的一小片紅椒切碎了,
用蔥末在熱油裡浸香了變成蔥油代替原本食譜上的奶油, 蔥油味搭配著甜紅椒獨特的香味,
整個麵團又香看起來又漂亮也多了些蔬菜的營養. 用麵包機完成第一次醒麵階段後取出,
維也納香腸上抹了點 Dijon Mustard 還有番茄醬後將分割後揉成長條狀的麵團將香腸
包著.
唯一遇到的小困難是抹了芥末以及番茄醬的香腸並不好包, 沾到醬料的麵團不容易沾粘,
不過為了好吃這點犧牲是值得的. 包好後二次醒麵約 20-30 分鐘後上面塗上蛋液灑上芝麻
放入烤箱中烤約15分鍾或者到麵包上色之後取出.
Vola ~ 好吃的, 有著蔥油以及甜椒香味的維也納香腸捲就出爐了!

Market at Midnight
午夜的超市相當的安靜,
沒有一個一個像搬家堆滿東西的購物車
和熱鬧購物的人潮,
只有店員零星的在清點購物架補充缺貨的部份,
以及清潔員工開著車子抹著地的聲音,
付賬的時候, 隊伍排得出乎異常的長,
也許因為早已經過了午夜, 只有兩個收銀櫃員的原因,
在這個週末的午夜來超市的人的不是來補充派對零食的大學生
就全是歐洲來的人, 左右聊天的人沒有一句話我聽得懂,
前頭的男子購物車裡只放著大瓶的礦泉水, 在等待的時候看著他的 iphone,
等待的過程太久, 有著濃厚德國口音的他轉過頭跟我搭訕,
聊著 3G 和 3GS 的差別, 大部份時間我不知道如何回話所以只能微笑.
也許是平時工作的時候話已經講得太多,
在午夜這種屬於自己的時間, 反而沒什麼說話的意願.
午夜的市場有她特別的氣氛,
與白天不同的故事以及步調.
我想起淺海的被光線照射後五顏六色的魚們,
以及在沒有光線, 一片漆黑的海溝裡的生物...

Klatch Costa Rica La Minita Tarrazu
La Minita 是哥斯大黎加富有盛名的咖啡豆,
Klatch 的這包中度烘培的咖啡豆也許因為烘培程度的關係,
研磨上要比起之前 Ecco & CCC的要細上許多, 研磨時間短而不拖泥帶水,
豆子的油脂成分不高, 也許因為如此 Crema 並不多, 顏色也較為淺淡偏果仁色.
苦甜酸相當中和, 適合單喝. 入口回甘程度良好.
泡成卡布咖啡
倒像是喝淡奶茶 (笑)
20100128 後記:
這兩天研磨更細, 咖啡像花從含苞開始一下盛開了了味道全出來了,
整個味道都展開了, 雖然 crema 仍然不厚, 不過味道果香味濃郁, 帶著森永牛奶糖的甜味,
濃淡優雅適中, Crema 黏稠得跟打發的鮮奶油一樣, 與剛開始的平淡印象有蠻大的差距.
卡布從淡奶茶變成巧克力牛奶的甜味, 卻不失優雅, 蠻有意思的轉變過程!
改用 French Press 沖泡, 清淡優雅的風味有點像是品茶.
從 Blade grinder 換成 Vario grinder 之後 French Press
沖泡的咖啡品質大幅提升, 因為研磨顆粒大小非常平均, 感覺上咖啡
的特色更能明亮的表現出來 (沒換磨豆機之前較為混濁).
1/26 latte - 最後 10.5 gram 的 CCC Rustico + 3.5 gram la minita
28.5 秒萃取, 味道還不賴! 所以 12 oz 的咖啡豆約 20 天份.

Tango
這是 1992 年的 Scent of Woman 裡經典的 Tango 舞段,
跳舞之前 Al Pacino 說:
No mistakes in the Tango Darling. Not like life.
Simple! That's what makes Tango so great.

短短簡單的幾句話裡說明了 Tango 的特色,
Improvise - simply enjoy the relationship with the floor, the music and your partner.
在 Tango 舞中, leader 的角色以及默契很重要,
Donna 從剛開始不認識這個人的表情以及互動尷尬不確定,
到信任開始擁有默契之後能夠享受 Tango 的樂趣,
要歸功於 Al Pacino 在 Tango 中是成功的 leader,
氣質成熟迷人 (有自信的男人魅力十足 lol)!
今年開始學習 Tango 這段應該算有相當影響 (笑),
正在練習法文對話以及 學習 Tango, 如果有機會想收集一些古老舞曲的 LP,
放上古老的唱盤, 跟你翩翩起舞.
年初CC 對朋友說我正在學法文, 看來今年很可能會去法語系國家, 希望不會是非洲...
這週剛交了一個計畫報告, 我倒希望工作不要多到沒時間計畫旅行.
